Below you will find instructions on the following:

 

 
How to Login to SSP
  • Go to www.lsbm.ac.uk, hover the mouse over ‘Student Area’ and click on ‘SSP’.
  • Input your ‘Username’ (this should be your LON number e.g.LONXXXXXXXX):
  • Enter your ‘Password’.
  • Click the ‘Login’ button.

How to Raise a Request via SSP
  • Open tab ‘Request’:
  • In the drop-down menu, click on ‘Raise a Request’:
  • Fill in the form:
  • Click black arrow to open a drop-down menu (‘Category’ & ‘Priority’ input box):
  • Use ‘Subject’ box to input dates or other relevant information e.g. I will be absent from 17/05/2015-01/06/2015…etc:
  • In ‘Description’, give a detailed reason for your request e.g. I have an operation…etc:
  • Click on ‘Choose File’ to upload document:
  • Browse files, click on desired file, then click on ‘Open’ button to begin upload:
  • When you have finished, make sure you press the ‘Save’ button.

How To Check SSP Request Through SSP
  • Open tab ‘Request’:
  • Click on ‘My Request’:
  • A list of your requests will open. Click on request number to view request status:
  • You can check ‘Status’ here:
  • If you need to respond to a comment or add any additional comments, click ‘Add Comment’:
  • When you have finished make sure you press the ‘Save’ button

How to Change SSP Password (2016+ students)
  • Go to www.lsbm.ac.uk, hover the mouse over “student area” and click on “Office365”.
  • Enter your username email (LONXXXXXXXXX@lsbm.ac.uk) and Office365 password.
  • Click on the 'Tiles Icon' located in the top left corner of the page.
  • Click on 'All'.
  • Scroll down to ‘Other’ and click on the 'Change Password’ tile.
  • Enter your LON email address.
  • Enter your 'Old Password'.
  • Enter your 'New Password' and enter your 'New Password' again to confirm and click “Submit”.
  • Your new password should now be saved.

How to Reset SSP Password (2016+ students)
  • Go to www.lsbm.ac.uk, hover the mouse over “Student Area” and click on “Office365”.
  • On the sign in page click on “Forgot or Reset Password”.
  • Enter your “User ID” (LONXXXXXXXXX@lsbm.ac.uk) and enter the “Characters in the Picture”, click “Next”.
  • An email or text message will be sent to your device.
  • If you have not set up an alternative email account or mobile number, please contact itsupport@lsbm.ac.uk and request a password reset.

How to Reset Your Password (pre-2016 students)
  • Go to www.lsbm.ac.uk, hover the mouse over ‘Student Area’ and click on ‘SSP
  • On the sign in page click on “Forgot Password
  • For username enter your LON student number
  • Answer the “Hint Question” using the hint answer you created (if the hint question is blank your SSP password is the same password as your Office365 email and Canvas password).
  • When you answer the question correctly a password reset link will be sent to your personal email account.
  • Please check your junk mail and inbox for an email from ssp@lsbm.ac.uk.
  • Once you have located and opened the email please click on the “Reset Password” link and create your new password.
