How to Access LSBM IT Support Ticketing System
Option 1:
  • Go to the LSBM web site (https://www.lsbm.ac.uk/).
  • On the top of the portal, click on Student Support.
  • In the dropdown menu go down and click on 'IT Services'.
Option 2:
  • To access the LSBM Timetable select the URL given below, right click on the URL / Web address and click on copy.

  • Paste the URL into your web browser (e.g. Chrome, Edge, Firefox) address bar.

How to Open an IT Support Ticket
  • To open a IT support ticket Login to IT Support portal by following Option1 or Option2 above.
  • Now click on Open a New Ticket. It will take you to New IT Ticket detail form
  • Please fill the IT ticket form with correct contact information and detailed description of the issue.
  • Information required in the New IT Ticket form.
  1. Help topic: Select appropriate Help topic from the dropdown menu. If desired topic is not available in the dropdown menu please select topic as Report a Problem / Access Issue.
  2. Email Address: Please provide your valid email address as this will be used for any email communication related to the ticket progress.
  3. Fill Name:  Please provide you Full Name with Surname in this field.
  4. Phone No: Please provide your valid phone number for the helpdesk or IT support to call you on.
  5. Priority Level: Priority of the ticket defines the severity of the issue. Please select the priority of the ticket as appropriate as per the below table.
  6. Issue Summary: Please provide shore summary description of the issue in this field.
  7. Issue Details: Please provide full detailed description of the issue with appropriate time to contact you.
  8. Drop file here: You can attach a file or a screenshot of the error message by clicking on Choose them option in the body of the ticket compose field.
  9. Radio Buttons: Now you can select to Create (To log a IT ticket), Reset (To reset the ticket information for re-entering) and Cancel (To cancel the ticket creation process.)

 Once you click on Create button a autogenerated email with be sent to the above provided email ID with the ticket number and ticket details.

How to Check an IT Support Ticket

Option one

  • Click on the link (View this ticket’s progress online.) given in the autogenerated email which was send to your email ID when the ticket was created.

Option two

  • To view your IT Support ticket, select the URL given below, right click on the URL / Web address and click on copy.

                        https://www.lsbm.ac.uk/itsupport/view.php

  • Paste the URL into your web browser (e.g. Chrome, Edge, Firefox) address bar.
Check Ticket Status:                                                                                                     
  • Please provide your registered email ID as per the informational entered in your ticket request form, the ticket number and click on View Ticket to view ticket details
  • You should now be able to view your ticket progress and enter addition details if required.
