National Student Survey 2017 - Results Announced

The results of the 2017 National Student Survey have been released today and LSBM is pleased to announce that the levels of overall satisfaction of our students are among the highest of any in the UK.

Following a major review, the National Student Survey was substantially revised in 2017. These were the first major changes to the survey since its establishment in 2005, and allowed greater focus in the survey on student engagement.

LSBM has always prided itself on our levels of personal attention and care with our students to ensure student engagement remains high. Including:

We are therefore naturally pleased that the results of this year's National Student Survey reflected much of this cutting edge, ongoing work in the form of happy students!

Our benchmark for overall satisfaction (across all courses) was 86% and we achieved 95% (this puts us in the top quartile of institutions who participated in the survey - the average for the top quartile was 91%).

This is an outstanding result that reflects the continuing emphasis we put on ensuring that students at LSBM receive a world-class education.
