Academic Partnerships

The University of Northampton - logo

We are proud to be working collaboratively with the University of Northampton (UoN).

We entered into a partnership with the University because of our closely aligned visions and also because of the University’s innovative and forward-thinking approach to working with other higher education institutions. In the Guardian University League Table 2016, the University is ranked 43rd in Business, Management and Marketing.

The University is now our sole academic partner.

As of August 2017, LSBM is the first institution that has been granted the honour of Associate Institution status from UoN.

This means that they see us as a key academic partner and confirms the close relationship that LSBM has with the University of Northampton.

All our students who are enrolled on the University’s degree courses are also enrolled as students of the University. They are eligible to be issued with a University Student ID Card. Our students ultimately receive their awards from the University. Upon successful completion of their degree our students are invited to attend the University’s graduation ceremony.

Although the degrees are delivered at our London campus, our students have access to a wide range of support and services from the University, including access to the University’s online and on-campus library, Virtual Learning Environment and Students’ Union. The collaboration provides opportunities for the development of joint projects, including research.

Our partnership incorporates quality assurance and enhancement processes in order to ensure the expectations of the UK Quality Code for Higher Education are met.

As the Dean of Academic Partnerships and on behalf of the University, we are delighted to be working with the London School of Business and Management (LSBM), who is our first partner to have been granted Associate Institution status. We are committed to the partnership. Associate Institution status delineates LSBM as one of our key strategic partners, in delivering undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Business Management, Law and Accounting and Financial Management. LSBM’s affiliation with the University has produced many benefits and opportunities. We look forward to our continuing collaboration which will provide students with an exciting and innovative educational experience at LSBM’s London campus."
